Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to qwikapp.co and its apps. qwikapp.co is operated by SPACESTREAM.com Ltd.
1) Acceptance
By accessing or using qwikapp.co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Use at your own risk
qwikapp.co is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may be changed, interrupted, or removed at any time.
3) No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
4) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
5) Your content & inputs
If you paste, upload, or otherwise provide content to an app, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to do so and that your use complies with applicable laws.
6) Third‑party services
Some apps integrate third‑party services (for example: Google/YouTube OAuth and APIs, search providers, AI APIs). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services, content, outages, or changes.
7) Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with normal operation.
- Scrape, probe, or overload the service in a way that could degrade availability for others.
8) Paid subscriptions and purchases
Some apps on qwikapp.co offer paid features. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of spacestream.com. Charges will appear on your bank statement as SPACESTREAM.COM. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
9) Cancellation policy
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the account menu on the app or via the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Lifetime purchases do not require cancellation as there are no recurring charges.
10) Refund and dispute policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@qwikapp.co within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions: we will refund the most recent monthly charge if requested within 14 days of that charge. Lifetime purchases: we will refund the full amount if requested within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@qwikapp.co before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any issues directly.
11) Free beta and promotional access
From time to time we may offer free or discounted access to paid features (such as the current Pro Beta). Promotional access may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing free access from active users.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
